Service and operator

These terms govern use of AI Rap Video Maker at ai-rap-video-maker.com, operated by ai-rap-video-maker. Contact support@ai-rap-video-maker.com. Use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these terms; otherwise obtain the permission required in your location.

Accounts and availability

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Available features and options are shown in the studio. Generation and checkout may be disabled until their services are configured or during maintenance. A displayed effect, reference clip or price does not by itself confirm that generation or purchasing is available.

Your content and permissions

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, including permission from people whose likeness appears. You retain your rights in your inputs and authorize processing necessary to perform the task you request, including processing by the relevant service providers.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, non-consensual sexual imagery, exploitation of minors, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation or infringement of others' rights. Do not bypass safeguards, interfere with service security or misuse accounts and credits. We may restrict requests or access to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations.

AI results and publication

Outputs are probabilistic and may contain distortions, inaccuracies or unwanted details. Reference examples do not guarantee an identical output. Review every result before sharing and obtain any rights required for music, trademarks, people or other protected material. The current studio creates visuals and does not provide a song-composition or lyrics-based lip-sync service.

We do not promise that an output is unique, copyright-protectable, cleared for every commercial use or suitable for a particular purpose. Third-party references do not imply affiliation.

Credits, purchases and cancellation

Review the current credit quote before generating. Any paid checkout must show the product, price, currency and applicable recurring terms before you confirm. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically. Subscription renewals and cancellation take effect according to the confirmed purchase and account information.

For a failed task or a credit discrepancy, contact support with the task ID. Payment refunds are separate from task-credit corrections and require review. See our Refund Policy for requests and renewal cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Data, changes and support

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and requests. We may change features and these terms as the service develops; the current version and update date are shown here. Contact support about an order or dispute so we can review the relevant records. Any limitations apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
