Information we process

We process account details you provide, authentication records, support messages, and technical request information needed to operate and protect the site. When you use an available generation feature, we process your selected photos, instructions, settings, task status and output references. Purchases create order, subscription and credit records.

Use only photos you are entitled to submit and obtain permission from identifiable people. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in photos, prompts or support messages.

Local drafts and cookies

The studio can save photos and settings in this browser, scoped to the current tab. Drafts expire one hour after their latest save; expired records are removed when the studio next opens. Use Clear draft to remove the current local copy, or clear this site's browser data. Photo-use consent is not saved.

Selecting photos does not itself submit a generation task. Submission sends the selected inputs for processing. Authentication cookies and browser storage support sign-in, language, appearance and draft preferences. Blocking them may affect these features.

Purposes and service providers

We use information to deliver requested features, manage credits and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Where a legal basis is required, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in running and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required.

The production website uses Cloudflare hosting. Enabled generation features may send necessary inputs to AI and content-safety providers; enabled checkout uses the payment provider identified during checkout. Providers process information under their own terms and the arrangements governing the relevant service. Generation and purchases are currently unavailable until their production services are configured. We will update provider details when those services are enabled.

Retention and deletion

The one-hour draft rule applies only to local drafts. Account, task, order, support and security records have separate purposes and are not automatically erased after one hour. We retain records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Provider media links may expire; download outputs you wish to keep.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact support from your account email and identify the relevant account or task. We may verify ownership before acting. Deletion requests are reviewed against necessary operational and legal retention; clearing a browser draft does not delete a task already submitted or provider-held copies.

Your choices and updates

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already performed.

Infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country. Contact support for information about the providers and applicable transfer arrangements before submitting sensitive material. Changes to this policy are published here with an updated date.
